I'm Dan Gonzalez and I'd like to share some potentially life changing information with you. I've been exercising for quite some time and in my particular case I learned some valuable lessons over a long period or as some people call it... "The hard way". If you're here, I know you are looking to do one of 3 things, lose weight, pack on muscle or just work-out to be fit (nice muscle tone and lean).

I'm astonished at how far fitness has come in a short period of time. Because of these advancements you'll be able to take advantage of achieving your goals at a much faster pace. If you're anything like me, you've tried many different methods of exercise or dieting but nothing has seemed to make any significant change. You've experienced yo-yo-ing with weight loss or muscle gain or seemed to be spinning your wheels and like a hamster in a cage, got nowhere.

When I was in the military I was 198 lbs. and 7.5 percent bodyfat. I did not use any special supplementation or illegal drugs. A friend of mine approached me on day and as we were talking, I was venting at how I wanted to gain more muscle. He looked at me and frowned as he said, "If you wanna gain more muscle then come to the gym with me".

To make a long story short, when we made the agreement to workout together, I was 178 and about 10% bodyfat... it took about 5 months. I was dedicated and made sure I ate and tried to choose better foods and rested and rested... and rested. Did I mention that I rested.

I stress this because it is a little known fact that he taught me, that in order to let your muscles develop and grow, you must give them more healing time than workout stress. Some people feel that they must go to the gym more often to get bigger and that could not be further from the truth.

All over the internet I see people claiming to have done these outrageous things, when it comes to fitness and health. I've been at an optimal level and still maintain a very well structured physique, so I do understand what it takes to get it, since I was a hard gainer and skinny and I know what it takes to keep it.

I've been impressed by some, but not as impressed and enlightened as I have with a few programs I'd like to share with you. I'll be sharing tips, recipes and valuable information that you will not get elswhere and what I recommend is quality information to some tools that WILL get you to your goals faster as long as you are a good student and follow them.

Don't waste time and money trying different programs most of them are re-hashed information from people who don't know a lot about the exercise or weight-loss and just want to try get wealthy off of your money and your hopes. I urge you to at least take a look and learn to easily understand effective fat burning and weight-loss. Believe me, if it didn't work I would not have it here.
