Jal Neti Pot Irrigation Update

Jal Neti pots continue to vanish and even online stores are finding themselves out of stock. My personal experience with nasal irrigation has been very positive and effective. As I've mentioned before, my 5 year old continually asks me to help him rinse his sinuses.

Nasal irrigation will remain a common practice in my home. For sinus problem sufferers, allergy problems, common cold, serious nasal congestion, asthma, general rinsing of bacteria and viral germs and also medically for irrigating due to inhaled particles or dust that can be rinsed. There are so many reasons to use this practice and not many for us not to.
